As a resident, you'll be able to choose from a variety of one, two, three, and five-bedroom apartments that are conveniently fully furnished, wood flooring, high-speed internet, and more!

Pets are not allowed at The Towers on State. Emotional Support Animals are allowed but please contact the team for more information.
The following fees apply during the leasing process: Application Fee: $25 per applicant, payable at the time of application submission Administrative Fee: $125, one-time fee payable at move-in
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
Payments can be made via e-check, credit card, or cash payments through MoneyGram.
A guarantor is required unless the applicant self-qualifies. Self-qualifying applicants must demonstrate income equal to 3 times the total rent, while guarantors must demonstrate income equal to 4 times the total rent. A Guarantor Waiver Program is also available as an alternative option.
The following fees and charges may apply during the tenancy: Rentistry Fee: $9 – $15 per month (required) Guarantor Waiver Program Fee: Fee varies based on application status (applicable if using the program) Utilities: WiFi is included; water, sewer, and electricity are billed separately (typically $30–$60 per person per month) Utility Administration Fee: $79.20 annually (optional) Master Policy Premium Dues: $15 per month (optional) Relet Fee: $500 (applicable if reletting the lease) Lease Transfer Fee: $350 (applicable for lease transfers) Renter’s Insurance: Mandatory with minimum liability coverage of $100,000. Residents may either enroll in the property’s insurance program for $15/month or provide their own qualifying policy.
