Abhishek Bajaj is Director of GTM and Supply Partnerships at Amber, where his team launches Amber in new markets and grows its partnerships with accommodation providers in existing ones. The role keeps him in regular contact with the operators who build and run student housing, from purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) to co-living and build-to-rent. He also leads The Blueprint, Amber’s podcast series, where leading voices in student housing share the strategies and resident-first thinking behind better homes for students. He brings 15 years of go-to-market experience across SaaS, e-commerce, consulting, and marketplaces, and this is his third role in real estate and student housing. Outside Amber, he mentors startups through 2080 VC and co-created Beyond, a newsletter read by more than 13,000 founders and investors. At Amber, Abhishek reviews articles on types of student housing, including PBSA, HMOs, co-living, and build-to-rent, and how students can compare them.
