If the cancellation request is based on a visa denial and supported by valid proof, the Resident’s liability for the balance of the rent for the remainder of the term will be waived and the rental amount paid will be refunded in 21 days. The service fee is non refundable.

The termination request should arise from an extenuating circumstance, including serious illness, government obligation, visa refusal, allergies, work relocation etc. along with supporting proof from an authorized agency. The emerging circumstance shall be accepted by the property as a valid reason for early termination.

1. The resident shall find a suitable replacement to occupy the room/apartment for the remainder of the Agreement without any vacancy gap between the two bookings. The accommodation application of the new person shall be approved by property management, and a Ca$100 admin fee will be charged for the verification, onboarding and admission of the new resident. 2. The service fee of Ca$ 200, is received for the entire online booking service and covers all costs associated with the booking and securing of the room. If the booking is cancelled even without any deposit or rent payment made, this fee is non refundable.
