    Guarantor Requirement

    1. The property accept both local and international guarantors. 2. The guarantor must be a financially stable individual, typically a parent, guardian, or relative. They should be able to demonstrate a stable income and good credit history. Please note: The guarantor must provide the following documents at the time of booking: A. Identification: A copy of the guarantor's government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license). B. Proof of Income: Recent pay stubs, tax returns, or a letter from their employer confirming their employment and salary. C. Credit Report: A recent credit report to demonstrate their creditworthiness. D. Guarantor Agreement: A signed guarantor agreement form, which the property will provide, outlining their responsibilities.
