Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Utility Fee: $130/month due to landlord. Move out painting fee: $300.
Booking Deposit
1. One month's rent must be paid at the time of booking as deposit. 2. Additionally, you will be required to pay an application fee of $50 per applicant & one-time $200 administration fee at the time of booking.
Mode Of Payment
Credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cash payments. Note: Please be aware that all credit card transactions attract a 2% surcharge.

Rent can be paid on a weekly basis. Rent must always be paid one week in advance.
