Pets

Cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 animals per unit. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one animal or $450 for two animals applies, along with monthly pet rent of $25 per animal. Each animal must weigh 50 pounds or less. Certain breeds are restricted.
