Early termination by students

For extended stays of 28 nights or longer, guests may terminate their stay after completing the initial 28-night minimum stay, provided they submit at least 7 days' written notice before the next scheduled payment date. Eligible guests may receive a prorated refund for any unused nights remaining in the current billing cycle, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

Pets

The property permits one dog per guest unit, provided the dog weighs under 25 lbs. A one-time, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $250 applies. Cats are not permitted. Guests must declare their pets before or at check-in. Failure to disclose a pet may result in an additional $300 non-refundable penalty fee.
