Twelve instalments: If you decide to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on September 1st and the remaining eleven instalments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months
1. A guarantor is required to book a room with the property. 2. If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay a guarantor waiver fee and an additional deposit of 1-2 month's rent.
