Replacement Tenant Accepted

Rent is divided into 12 equal monthly installments. Monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month. Note - Late fees apply from the 4th day of the month for overdue rent.

Bank transfer (eCheck). Debit and credit cards (processing fees apply). Recurring payments via the Resident Portal. PayPal is not accepted.

Guarantor Requirement

Most applicants require a guarantor. Applicants may self-qualify using their own income. Student loans cannot be used as income verification. A third-party guarantor service is available.

Additional Fees

Package locker fee: $6 per installment. CAM fee: $25 (one-time).

Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted through the Resident Portal. Emergency issues should be reported by contacting the property directly, and life-threatening emergencies should be reported to emergency services immediately.
