    Pay In Instalment

    The total housing cost is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments. Each instalment is due on the 1st day of the month. The monthly payment includes the base rent, all mandatory fees, and any applicable premiums or add-ons.

    Mode Of Payment

    Payment can be made through the resident portal. Bank transfer is accepted. Credit card is accepted. Paper checks may be accepted by the leasing office. Money orders may be accepted by the leasing office.

    Guarantor Requirement

    A guarantor is someone who is financially responsible for the lease agreement. The guarantor must reside in the United States. The guarantor must be at least 25 years of age. The guarantor cannot be a current resident.

    Additional Fees

    Utility Billing Service one-time account setup fee: $4.50, due on the first monthly utility statement. Monthly Utility Billing Service Administrative Fee: $5.50 per month. Parking fee: $230.00 per month, per parking space if contracted. Credit Program fee: $8.95 per month, if applicable in accordance with the terms outlined in the Housing Contract. Damage Waiver Program fee: $13.50 per month, if applicable in accordance with the terms outlined in the Housing Contract.
