    Applicant will have 48 hours to cancel reservation and receive a full refund of Security Deposit and Administration Fee.     Guarantor Requirement

    Proof of income is required for all applicants/guarantors with income. Applicants/guarantors with income must provide the 3 most recent forms of income/paystubs. The Applicant must earn a monthly gross income equal to or greater than three (3) times the monthly rent and must have qualifying credit history to be accepted without a Guarantor.

    Security Deposit

    1. You will be required to pay a certain amount as a security deposit at the time of booking. 2. The amount of security deposit will vary from property to property.

    Additional Fees

    Application Fee - $50.00 Administrative Fee - $200.00 Amenity Fee - $75.00.

    Pay In Instalment

    1. Full Payment 2. Students can also pay in 12 equal monthly installments, paid in advance, if they have a U.S.-based guarantor. 3. Also, students can opt for installment plans if they apply through a third-party guarantor service, such as Leap.
