Au moment de signer l'Accord de Licence, un mois de loyer d'avance est requis. Le loyer d'avance comprend un frais d'adhésion de 50 dollars. Le dépôt de garantie ou le frais de réservation déjà payé est non remboursable en cas d'annulation de la réservation.
Dépôt de sécurité
Le dépôt de garantie est équivalent à 1 mois de loyer. Le dépôt de garantie sera remboursé dans les 45 jours après la fin du contrat de location. Le frais de départ sera déduit du dépôt de garantie avant que le solde restant ne soit crédité. Des violations répétées du règlement interne concernant le tabagisme entraîneront la résiliation immédiate du contrat de location et la perte du dépôt de garantie.
