    If the resident(s) need to leave early for whatever reason, they will do their best to fill the apartment. Any weeks that get filled will come off of the invoice for the departed resident(s) at the rate they were filled, up to the amount that the departed resident(s) paid for those weeks.

    Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Packages can be picked up from the office during business hours with a valid ID.

    Many units offer parking, but availability varies by building. Please contact a property leasing agent for specific parking information for each building.‍

    Parking Fees - Amounts vary based on address.

    For Current Tenants: Parking fees will be charged in two installments.

    First Installment: Due on September 1st.

    Second Installment: Due on December 1st.

    For Non-Tenants: The full amount is due upon signing the parking agreement.
