Conil comes with a lot of shared apartments with rooms, having a plethora of facilities that make your student life more interesting. The rooms have a soft bed with a side table and a lamp. The side table has a couple of drawers to store all the daily items. With curtains on the window, you get to adjust the light coming into the room, according to your own choice. The shared kitchen has appliances like a coffee maker, freezer, oven, and many more. The students can lounge with their friends in the common area and stream their favorite shows on TV using the free high-speed Wi-Fi.

If the Lease Agreement is cancelled at least 31 days before the start of the rental term, the student will have to pay the amount of €1500 to the property, which may be deducted from the deposit. 2. Early termination by students

If you want to terminate your tenancy agreement, withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. Note: The tenant does not have a right of withdrawal if the tenant inspected the flat prior to the conclusion of the Lease Agreement.

Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Payment and Fees

Booking Deposit

1. Property requires you to pay 1 month’s rent at the time of booking. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.

The fees which you have to pay with your rent on a monthly basis:- Utility Fees (High-speed Wi-Fi and electricity) = € 245 Lump Sum (Gas, water, and building facilities maintenance fees) = € 469 The fees which you have to pay one time only:- 1. Final cleaning = € 250 2. The Admin fees vary from property to property. These will be visible during the booking. Pets Fee:- They charge a Pet Fee of €250 plus statutory VAT for the first pet for the entire length of your stay, and any additional pet comes at an extra cost of €125 plus statutory VAT.

Guarantor Requirement

The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.

Security Deposit

1. You need to pay €2000 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.

Absolutely! At property, they encourage foreigners coming to any of the cities they operate in to book with them. The entire booking process can be done remotely and they ensure that it is easy for you to arrive and stay during your trip.

Can I visit an apartment prior to making a reservation?

All of their apartments can be toured virtually on their website. Enter into the individual listing and scroll through the photos or select "3D Tour" to see an accurate and interactive layout of the home. It is possible to visit an apartment but only if there is no guest in-house.

What are the additional charges when I make a booking?

Apart from the monthly rental, they may also charge additional fees, charges and/or guarantees depending on the market. Please contact them to know the specifics.

The preferred payment method is through credit card. You will be required to submit your credit card details during the booking process.
