This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages.
To book an accommodation no guarantor is required.

The cancellation policy section will specify the owners' policies. If the landlord has not filled out the appropriate section, reference will be made to the cancellation policies in the terms and conditions. Below are the details: If the landlord cancels the booking after accepting the booking request and before the check-in date, PMG will fully refund the amount paid by the tenant, including the amount paid as a PMG fee. In case of tenant cancellation, the following cases should be distinguished: 1) Cancellation made 60 or more days before the check-in date: For the tenant: 100% refund of the first installment minus the PMG fee. 2) Cancellation made between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: For the renter: refund of 50% of the first payment minus the PMG fee. 3) Cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the check-in date: For the renter: there is no refund.
