A $250 security deposit per applicant is required, payable at move-in. This deposit is refundable, subject to lease terms and applicable deductions.

Guarantors may be accepted for applicants who do not meet the income requirements. If required, the guarantor must complete an application and demonstrate an income of at least 3–5 times the monthly rent.
