Only 40 minuets from the city centre of Bristol, and Bath, this property offers space and countryside living. There is fantastic walking all around the general area, plus you are close to all the local amenities of Paulton, Midsomer Norton and Radstock. The property is spread out over 3 floors, and there is natural wood flooring almost throughout, with bright white walls the property feels light and spacious. The guarantor whose details you provide must be able to guarantee the lower of: The total sum of rent payable by you to your landlord over the period of one year; or The total sum of rent payable and Deposit by you to your landlord over the period of your tenancy if your tenancy is less than one year. In instances where you are not able to provide a guarantor situated in the UK, you will be required to pay 6 months rent or the whole rent upfront.
