Security Deposit

The deposit is equivalent to two months of the service fee. It will be refunded within 60 days after the end of the contract.

They provide high-speed gigabit Wi-Fi (just enter the password to use). Appliance breakdowns due to natural wear and tear will be repaired by the maintenance team.

How is hygiene managed in shared apartments?

A cleaning team visits weekly to clean common areas, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.

Can I put up wallpaper?

Wallpaper is not recommended, as rooms must be restored to their original state upon move-out.
