What is the property's cancellation policy?
Residents can use the buy-out clause if they have occupied their apartment for 6 months. The fee is equivalent to two month’s rent.
What are the payment options available?
E-Money gram, and an online resident portal. Through the portal, it accepts all major credit and debit cards (fees apply). There is also an option for ACH payments which come at no charge.
Can you provide details about guarantor requirements and instalment plans?
Guarantors must make 3x the monthly rental amount for their monthly income and be able to provide proof. They must also pass a credit history check and criminal screening.
Can I request a waiver for the application fee?
They have a preferred employer program, and if a potential renter is employed with one of the following employers, they would receive a waived application and admin fee:
OSU Staff, Wexner Medical Center Hospital Staff, Columbus Fire Department, Columbus School Teachers, Police Department, Military, and Battelle
Are guarantors mandatory?
No. If they would like to self-qualify, they must meet the same requirements. There is also an option to pay a deposit, or go through Leap which is our 3rd party guarantor service for those who may not have a guarantor.
What are the financial criteria for guarantors?

Are utility bills charged monthly or quarterly?
Utilities are charged through a utility company, Nationwide Energy Partners. The property does not bill residents directly, and residents will need to set up an account with the utility company.

They do not provide furniture. However, They refer those looking for furniture to CORT, a company who provides furniture packages starting at $129 per month.
