Guarantors must make 3x the monthly rental amount for their monthly income and be able to provide proof. They must also pass a credit history check and criminal screening.

Can I request a waiver for the application fee?

They have a preferred employer program, and if a potential renter is employed with one of the following employers, they would receive a waived application and admin fee:

OSU Staff, Wexner Medical Center Hospital Staff, Columbus Fire Department, Columbus School Teachers, Police Department, Military, and Battelle

Are guarantors mandatory?
