Do you have to be a student to live at the property?

In addition to being a student community, they welcome those who have recently graduated and are interested in community or co-living arrangements.

Is parking available?

They have limited parking spaces available for rent.

What is an individual lease?

The property lease by the bed. You are only responsible for the rent of your bedroom suite. If living with roommates, all roommates are equally responsible for damages and/or missing furniture from the common areas, plus utilities.

In case of fire, theft, or disaster – are my belongings covered under my lease?

Personal damages are not covered under their lease agreements. Their residents are required to purchase renter’s insurance and provide proof to their office prior to move-in.

What happens if I lose my key?

All apartment locks are unique electronic keys, which cannot be duplicated. You will have to contact the office to get these reset if you lose your keys. They can also be cancelled upon immediate notice.

A smart TV is internet-enabled, which allows you to stream entertainment from Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and much more. Please note, there may be an additional fee for paid subscription services.

What happens if something breaks in my unit?

They have a maintenance team available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as after hours for emergencies. Send a maintenance request.

What is a community assistant?

A Community Assistant (CA) is a student resident at the property who acts as a liaison between the management team and the residents. CAs plan their resident events, help with the daily operations of the management office, gather resident feedback, and are available to answer any questions you may have.
