In the majority of our property’s you will have access to an on-site gym which is free to use, as well as comfortable social and study spaces. Property is home away from home to all students from any university and any country in the world, and we even have flex-living communities home to students, young professionals, and digital nomads where non-students are welcome to stay with us.
There are a few requirements you need to meet in order to stay with us at Nido El Porvenir, Nido Aravaca and Nido Malvarrosa. You need to prove that you are at least one of the following:
• a student who is taking a full-time course in the city where we are based
• a student on an organised study-abroad programme
• a student enrolled full-time in a language school
• a student conducting a work placement course as part of a degree-granting programme
You’re able to book from the age of 16 at the time of check-in, however we do ask that you supply us with an indemnity form and comply with our under 18-year-old policy. To live at Nido Princípe Pío you must be 18 or over.
Kitchen essentials aren’t included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we’ve partnered so you can purchase everything you’ll need for your room and have it ready for you upon arrival.
Yes, we have high speed Wi-Fi throughout each property so you can be connected at all times. More information on how to connect will be provided upon your arrival and this is included in your rent, so you do not need to pay for it.
We do allow day and night guests, however, for your own safety and security, there are a few guest policies in place: For more information on visitor policies, please contact your residence team.
For 24-25 bookings, bi-weekly cleaning services are included in your stay.
We work hard to make sure that pretty much everything is included in your stay. Just so it’s clear, the below items are not included in your rent:
1. We have vending machines in some of our properties. All snacks and drinks within the vending machines will be at your own cost.
2. You can pay for your laundry on a pay-as-you-go basis.
3. You can book extra room cleans at reception for a set fee.
4. We have a TULU machine in our receptions for you to rent all sorts of handy equipment, from snacks and gaming consoles, to hoovers and irons.

We have laundry rooms in all our properties. You’ll have 24-hour access to washers; dryers and some sites will have ironing boards available. Prices for a wash and dry can be found in your Welcome Book which you’ll receive upon checking-in. For any other questions on laundry, speak to the team as they’ll be happy to help.
When moving in, you will receive your physical key card or access to a mobile key for your room, access to the building.
If you do lose your physical keycard, please let us know right away for security reasons. You will be charged for a replacement, which the residence team can arrange for you.
Reception is open 24 hours a day, we also have cameras and security checks.
Unlike the reception, the terrace is open from 9.00am to 11.00pm and the cafeteria from 8.00am to 10.00pm.

Many of our properties have gyms onsite which can be accessed free of charge 24/7, so you are welcome to work out whenever you feel like it.
Upon check-in, we do require that you complete a gym induction to ensure you’re comfortable using all of the equipment.
No, you are not permitted to sublet any part of your accommodation, as per your accepted Temporary Lease Agreement, Hosting Agreement, or Apart Hotel Temporary Agreement. If you need to move out early, you should contact the reception team to discuss the option of a tenancy takeover.
Please let us know if you plan to be away for more than a couple of days for safety purposes.
Our maintenance teams are available five days a week to help with any issues or questions. They’re also available for any emergencies during the weekends.
If you do experience any maintenance issues during your stay, simply raise a ticket in the property App. The team will update you on the progress of the job and book a time with you for accessing your room.

We’ll also need to see the proof of studies from your university if you are moving in at Nido Aravaca, Nido El Porvenir and Nido Malvarrosa, the best way to do that is to bring and show us your acceptance letter, we may also need a copy of this for our records.
If you’d like to move rooms, we’ll always try to accommodate it. Please do note that we can only offer room changes if there are rooms available to move into within your property residence and there is an understandable reason for wanting the change.

By bicycle: A very convenient and quick option for accessing the different campuses is by bicycle. Seville has a bicycle lane that runs throughout the city and a public bicycle rental service implemented by the City Council (SEVICI). One of the SEVICI stations is a few metres from the residence, on Calle Ramón Carande.
By bus: Seville has more than 41 bus lines that allow you to travel all over the city. Several bus stops are very close to the residence hall.
By train: Seville has an underground line that runs through the city. The closest station to the residence is San Bernardo.
By car: The residence has its own parking.
Public transportation. Madrid is famous for its fully functional and fast transportation services. The trains, metro and buses are always a quick option for accessing campuses.
You’ll find bus stops just in front of the Nido Aravaca and the closest Cercanias station just 8 minutes’ walk away.
Nido Princípe Pío is right in front of the huge Princípe Pío station, with metro, Cercanias and regional trains. Not to mention the many bus connections right in front of the residence.
By bicycle: Valencia has numerous bicycle routes and lanes, and you also have Valenbisi, the public bicycle rental service.
By metro: The fastest way to get around the city, especially if you need to travel longer distances.
By tram: connects the residence with the student area, the universities and the beach.
By bus: Valencia’s bus network covers practically the entire city and has several stops next to the residence and universities.
By car: The residence is located next to Avenida de la Palmera, near the Benito Villamarín Stadium. There are several car parks less than 5 minutes’ walk away.
By train: Seville has several train stations. The AVE high-speed train arrives at Santa Justa station, 4 km from the residence, about thirty minutes by public transport or taxi
Very close to the residence is the Seville Virgen del Rocío train station, just a 10-minute walk away.
By plane: Seville airport is about 12 kilometres from our residence. By public transport it takes about fifty minutes. By taxi it costs between 20 and 30 euros with the airport supplement.
By car: Nido Aravaca is on Av del Talgo, one of the main streets of the Aravaca neighborhood. There are lots of parking spots all around the residence. Taxis are also an option, costing between €12 – €20 Euros from downtown Madrid depending on the time of the day or night.
By train: Madrid has several metro and train stations. But Nido Aravaca is located a few minutes from the Aravaca Cercanias station that departs from Príncipe Pío.
By plane: There is a train that goes directly from the airport to the Aravaca Cercanias station.
By car: The residence is located on Avenida de los Naranjos, where most of the universities are located. There are multiple parking lots on the same avenue and in the surrounding area.
By train: Valencia has two main train stations, the Estación del Norte and the Joaquín Sorolla station. The closest to the residence is the North Station, thirty minutes by public transport and fifteen by taxi (about €15).
By plane: Valencia airport is about 18 kilometers from our residence. By public transport it takes approximately fifty minutes. The taxi costs between 20 and 30 euros and lasts 30 minutes.
By car: Nido Príncipe Pío is right in front of Príncipe Pío station. You can reach it from a multitude of roads. There are multiple parking lots in the surrounding areas for you to park.
By train: Nido is right in front of Príncipe Pío station, where trains, suburban trains, and metros arrive constantly. Upon exiting the station, right in front, you’ll see Nido Príncipe Pío.
By plane: Madrid airport is 18 kilometers from Nido Príncipe Pío. From there, you can use the Renfe, which goes directly to Príncipe Pío station, or you can use an Uber for a price between 28 and 35 euros, depending on the time of your journey.
