When you move in, all you need to do is unpack and decorate to make your apartment your home. All apartments are fully furnished with living & dining room furniture, a desk, desk chair, dresser, and full-sized xl bed. Each apartment has a full-size washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Utilities included are water, heat, gas, electricity, internet (ethernet & wireless), and extended cable tv. $85 per month is needed for utilities as well as $20 per month for valet trash.
