No. property  is a privately owned and professionally managed community. 

Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?

You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and they can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.

What are per-person contracts?

Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at property  has their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom. This means you are only responsible for paying for yourself — not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bedrooms in your apartment are empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.

What is included in the rate?

Each resident at property  pays a flat rate that includes:

What size are the cottages?

The spacious accommodations at property  are available in 2,3,4, 5 and 6 bedroom apartments, with a private bedroom-bathroom suite for each resident. Select cottages also feature an additional ½ bath.

Are the homes furnished?

Property  offers an optional furniture package for an additional cost. The furniture package includes a queen-size bed, desk and chair and dresser in each bedroom; the living area includes a sofa, coffee table and the kitchen includes a dining table, chairs and barstools.

When do the contracts start and end?

The standard term is August 14, 2024 to July 24, 2025, with payments made in 12 equal installments. Other alternate dates are available; please inquire with their staff. Click here to see a sample Housing Agreement.

Is a co-signer or financial guaranty required?

Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident is required to do one of two things: provide a qualifying guarantor (often a parent), or pre-pay the final 2 installments.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. property  also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.

Will my financial aid cover charges at property ?

Your living costs at property  can be covered by financial aid, just like on-campus housing. Any available financial aid funds, after university charges are satisfied, are released to the student for non-institutional expenses, such as off-campus housing. These funds can be used to pay charges at property . Normal payment deadlines will continue to apply.

Is property open to non-students?

Nearly all the residents at property  College Station are students at Texas A&M University or Blinn College and the per-person contracts are also designed with students in mind. Residents/families with children are welcome. There is no extra cost for minor children in the care of adult residents, other than regular charges for each bedroom space selected by the resident. A minor occupying a bedroom space rented by a parent, guardian or person with legal custody is not considered a breach of the Housing Agreement or a violation of the rules. property  is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes applications from non-students. In order to match student roommates in shared apartments, they will request roommate consent for any non-student occupants.

Homes at property  come with an electronic key system and individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are also provided at select times. Management staff are available 24×7 and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.

What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?

Property  is a pet-friendly community, subject to limits on animals and breeds. The community is smoke-free in all indoor and adjacent spaces. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.

Can I park my vehicle at property ?

Property  offers free on-site parking for residents and guests. Reserved covered parking is also available for an additional cost.

What other transportation options will I have?

The Aggie Spirit shuttle bus stops right across property ’s front entrance and makes multiple stops on the TAMU campus, running every 15 minutes on weekdays, from 7am to midnight when school is in session.
