How does Valet Waste work?

Starting in August 2020, Valet Waste is an additional amenity that The property is able to offer to our residents. You will be provided a waste bin that you will set out during an allotted time frame for a representative to pick up each night. You will no longer need to argue with your roommates who is going to take out the trash!

What are the parking options?

Garage parking is available for residents at The property. Please contact the leasing office for further details.

Do you have elevators?

The property has elevators at each of our 6 communities for our residents and guest!

Are the amenities open 24/7?

Rooftop and courtyards close at 10pm.

What is your pet policy?

The property love pets! and understand your pets are part of your family, and that means finding a home that welcomes all of you! Also, they do not have a weight limit! Please contact the office if you have any questions about breed restrictions.

How do I acquire Renters Insurance?

At the property, you are required to provide proof of renters insurance at move in, or to participate in our liability waiver program. This program is only $13.95 per month, and you will automatically be opted in, unless you provide proof of your own renter’s insurance policy. The liability waiver program is not a renters insurance policy, and personal property will not be covered. If you choose to provide your own renters insurance, you must have at least 100k in personal liability insurance and upload the coverage plan to your resident portal or email it to the office
