All units are fully furnished with full-sized washers and dryers. The Common Areas include a sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, end table, barstools*, and a Flat Screen Smart TV. Sterling Union residents have their own bedroom and individual bathrooms with pre-installed shower rods and large closets. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-sized memory foam mattress, stackable dresser drawers, a desk, and a desk chair.

When Is Rent Due?

​Rent is due on the 1st day of every month and can be paid online via the Resident Portal. Sterling Union accepts all major credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, money orders, or personal checks. Residents can set up recurring payments to avoid late rent. Please note that the first installment must be paid online or with a money order.

What Is The Pet Policy?

At Sterling Union, They understand that pets are a part of your family. Cats and dogs can be registered with the property by selecting that you would like to bring a pet during the application process. There is a non-refundable fee of $350 per pet and a monthly fee of $20 will be added to your rent each month. All residents are required to sign the Texas Animal Addendum.

They only allow cats and dogs as pets at Sterling Union. Breed restrictions are listed on the Animal Addendum. They do not have weight restrictions.

Each bed in an apartment is its lease agreement; therefore, if roommates are delinquent, cause damage to their bedroom, or cancel their lease contract, you will not be affected.

What Are The Parking Policies?

Sterling Union is proud to offer a parking garage for resident vehicles. Studios and Two-Bedroom plans receive an assigned space. Four and Five-Bedroom plans include general parking in the garage. All parking is included in the rental installment. Guest parking is limited to the spaces in the front of the building.
