They do require our renters to have liability insurance of $100,000 or more in coverage! They do have a recommended party that is $14 a month. They require insurance just to make sure they are all prepared in case the worst happens! You will not need to have insurance until your lease start date as well so you can wait until closer to move in to sign up if you like!
I love the view! How can I lock in my spot?
They are thrilled you want to call your home! You can lock in your spot by filling out an application and signing your lease online or in person. Once the lease is signed by the primary resident you are locked into contract- be sure to talk with your guarantor prior to signing to make sure they are on board since our leases are legally binding!
What are the qualifications to be an eligible applicant?
Guarantor option: have a guarantor sign the guarantor document- as long as they have a credit score of 601 or higher and have proof of 3x the monthly rent income, you are all set! International applicant: prior to being approved as an international applicant, they will need a copy of your passport and i9- in addition, you will need to pay your last month rent (within 7 days of signing) and sign the pre-paid rent addendum. Our team tries our best to provide you with the room of your dreams! You will be able to specify what floor plan you would like on your lease - in addition, you can add your preferences into your application, however they cannot guarantee that they will be able to assign you to any exact room. All rooms vary in size and assignments are based on availability!
What is a redecoration fee?
A redecoration fee is similar to a non-refundable deposit, however is just $150!
