The Standard Twin gives you and your buddy bunk beds or single beds upon availability, plus everything is doubled! This is a shared room, so either bring your friend for life or we will find your perfect match.
The monthly price is per person. Package is all-inclusive: all utilities, 24/7 reception, access to the communal kitchen with your own storage space (big fridge and shelves), gym, study rooms and chill-out areas, seasonal pool, 7 monthly tokens for the washing machine and 7 monthly tokens for the dryer, monthly room cleaning, shared bikes and access to flex-desk coworking space.
Deluxe Twin Bed
Shared room. Reserve one of the two single beds.
This super spacious Deluxe Twin will have you and your mate feeling at home right away! This room includes an extra-wide single beds and even more space and storage, incl. a double shelving area. This is a shared room, therefore you can bring your university mate or we will find you a perfect roomie!

Security Deposit
Security deposit is 30.5 × the nightly rate (approximately one month's rent).
Pay In Instalment
Monthly payment option is available. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
Guarantor Requirement
Self Guarantor (Applicant) is accepted.
Booking Deposit
A deposit equal to 1 month's rent fee is required when booking.
Additional Fees
Parking fee: €25 per day. City tax: €3 per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable upon or after check-in. Student Takeover administrative fee: €350 (applicable if opting for a Student Takeover instead of paying the cancellation fee).
