University Course Cancellation/Modification
If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. Early termination by students
PadSplit requires a 12-week minimum stay; moving out early may result in a penalty.Members may transfer to another PadSplit property without a penalty.If a Member does not move in, they must cancel through the Member Dashboard, transfer to another home, or schedule a move-out date. Additional Fees
