For international students, if they qualify with a guarantor and the guarantor is conditionally approved, a 1-month security deposit is required. If they qualify individually (without a guarantor) and are conditionally approved, a 2-month security deposit is required. Note: For domestic students, the deposit amount depends on the applicant's qualification.

The Property accepts: 1. Payment in full (no guarantor required) 2. Payment in two semester installments 3. Payment in 12 equal monthly payments, in advance.

Guarantor Requirement
1. A guarantor is required at the time of booking if you do not qualify independently. The guarantor must meet the property's qualification criteria. 2.
