Pets
A maximum of 2 pets per apartment is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 85 pounds. A one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet apply. Veterinary documentation, including the pet’s breed, expected fully grown weight, and current vaccination records, must be provided at the time of occupancy.
