Steps To View Your IELTS Result Online

What is the IELTS Test Report Form?

The results are provided in the Test Report Form (TRF) format. You will receive only one TRF, which displays your scores for all four sections: reading, listening, writing, and speaking, along with your overall IELTS exam result India. Each score IELTS is presented on a 9-band scale.
The official TRF will be sent to your postal address by the IELTS test centre.
1. IELTS on computer: Your Test Report Form (TRF) will be posted 3 to 5 days after the test date.

How Can I Get Copies of My Test Report Form?
Most places you're applying to will want the original version of your IELTS Test Report Form, not photocopies. But if you've taken the IELTS Online, you can either print out your eTRF or email it. We can send up to five extra copies of your Test Report Form directly to the places you're applying to, like universities, companies, or immigration offices. Just make sure to provide their addresses on the Test Taker Portal within two years of taking the test.
Although paper copies are still common, some universities and institutions now accept electronic downloads of IELTS scores India. Before sending a physical copy of your results or requesting to do so, it's a good idea to check with your local test centre.

3. Candidates who opt for this service will need to provide the details of their preferred institutions to IDP IELTS India for score transmission.
4. Once the IELTS results become available, IDP India will promptly dispatch the candidates' scores to the universities they have pre-defined during registration.
5. Additionally, test takers have the option to send hard copies of their IDP IELTS scores, known as Test Report Forms (TRF), to more than the initially selected five institutions. However, this process will require students to pay an additional fee.
IELTS One Skill Retake
IDP IELTS has introduced IELTS One Skill Retake to enhance the testing experience. This feature allows candidates to retake one of the four skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking) if they did not perform well on test day. Candidates can use this option to improve their overall IELTS score by retaking a single skill within 60 days of their original test date.
A second Test Report Form (TRF) will be issued with the updated scores from the IELTS One Skill Retake, along with the original scores for the other three skills. Candidates can choose to send either the new TRF or the original one. The cost of the IELTS One Skill Retake varies, so candidates should check with their local test centre for details. This option is available for both IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training exams at select test centres and across all computer-delivered test centres.
IELTS Retake Exam
IELTS examinees who did not achieve their desired IELTS scores India or wish to enhance their results have the option to retake the exam. To do so, you can visit the official website, select a new test date and preferred test centre, and pay the exam fee of INR 17,000. Utilising your previous test experience are advised to identify areas for improvement and focus their preparation accordingly.
It's recommended that candidates review the test format, practice sample questions, and consider seeking guidance from tutors or preparatory courses. On the test day, arriving on time with the necessary identification documents is crucial.
Enquiry on Result For Test Re-Marking
Here are the steps to request an Enquiry on Results (EOR), also known as remarking your test:
1. Log into your IELTS Test Taker Portal: Test takers can log into your Test Taker Portal or the portal provided by your test centre.
2. Navigate to the Test You Want Remarked: Once you are logged in, go to “Your Previous Tests & Scores”. Click on the date of the exam you want a score review for.
3. Request for Remarking: In the “Results” tab, scroll down until you find the link “I would like my test to be re-marked”. Click on it and follow the guidelines that appear on the screen.
4. Make a Payment: Complete your EOR payment to initiate the remark. The fees are non-refundable unless a score change is warranted.
Note: Test takers must request a remark within six weeks of your test date. If the deadline is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, you must make the request by 9am on the Friday before the deadline date. Your test can only be remarked once. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact your centre. If you have trouble accessing the portal or with the portal EOR process, you may download the EOR request form and email it to your centre.
Remarking takes 2 to 21 days depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for remark. Test takers will receive an email stating whether your band score has changed. If there is a change, you will be required to return your previously issued Test Report Form before a new one can be issued. Your EOR fees will be refunded if there is a change. If test takers are not satisfied after the EOR process, you may follow the appeals process. To begin the appeals process, email your centre for more information.
