Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Security Deposit

For 24-25 AY: - For Short Term Bookings (bookings less than 3 months) 1. You need to make a payment of €140 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking. 2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €100 makes a part of your refundable security deposit. For Long Term Bookings (bookings more than and equal to 3 months) 1. You need to make a payment of €340 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking. 2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €300 makes a part of your refundable security deposit.

Booking Deposit

A €140 deposit is required for a short stay to confirm the booking. A €340 deposit is required for a long stay to confirm the booking. The deposit must be paid during the booking process. If payment is not completed by the end of the booking process, guests must contact Viva Ireland via online chat or email. If a company is using a voucher, no payment is required at the time of booking. Company voucher bookings are reviewed within 48 hours.

Pay In Instalment

Rent can be paid in advance through monthly installments.

Additional Fees

€40 booking fee deducted from eligible refunds for cancelled short-term direct bookings. €2 per hour for the use of the washing machine. €50 fine for smoking inside the accommodation and eviction. €50 fine for changing a room or bed without approval. €50 fine for visitors without prior approval. €20 fee for hanging or sticking items on walls. Breakages, loss or damage: Charged at the equivalent cost of repairs. Loss/recovery of keys: €20 for office collection or €30 for a call-out. €50 fee for an incomplete check-out. €50 fee for delayed rent payment. €50 fine for keeping pets in the accommodation and eviction. A substantial deep cleaning charge applies for smoking, in addition to charges for any damage to furnishings.
