For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. Short term bookings (less than 3 months) Cancellations (short): • Free cancellation within 72 hours of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of check-in • Full refund minus the booking fee (€40) up to 21 days prior to check-in • €140 cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days or less before check-in 2. Room allocation

Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Payment and Fees

Security Deposit

For 24-25 AY: - For Short Term Bookings (bookings less than 3 months) 1. You need to make a payment of €140 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking. 2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €100 makes a part of your refundable security deposit. For Long Term Bookings (bookings more than and equal to 3 months) 1. You need to make a payment of €340 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking. 2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €300 makes a part of your refundable security deposit.

Pay In Instalment

For 25-26 AY: - Rent can be paid in advance through monthly installments. For 24-25 AY: - The property offers an instalment plan for bookings of 2 months or more. The customer can pay their rent in monthly instalments. For example, for a stay of 3 months, the customer can avail of 3 monthly instalments while for a stay of 10 months, the customer can avail of 10 monthly instalments.

Mode Of Payment

1. NexPay 2. Credit card, debit card and bank transfer. 3. Cash payments are not accepted by the property. Please note: Payments over €500 are not accepted from cards outside the European Union.

Guarantor Requirement

The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.

Additional Fees

Airport Transfer fee: €70 per person in Dublin. Washing machine is available at the property for a €1/h fee
