For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY: -

1. Students need to pay €140 deposit for short stay.

2. Students need to pay €340 deposit for long stay.

For 24-25 AY: -

For Short Term Bookings (bookings less than 3 months)

1. You need to make a payment of €140 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking.

2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €100 makes a part of your refundable security deposit.

For Long Term Bookings (bookings more than and equal to 3 months)

1. You need to make a payment of €340 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking.

2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €300 makes a part of your refundable security deposit.

For 25-26 AY: -

Rent can be paid in advance through monthly installments.

For 24-25 AY: -

The property offers an instalment plan for bookings of 2 months or more. The customer can pay their rent in monthly instalments. For example, for a stay of 3 months, the customer can avail of 3 monthly instalments while for a stay of 10 months, the customer can avail of 10 monthly instalments.

3. Cash payments are not accepted by the property.

Please note: Payments over €500 are not accepted from cards outside the European Union.

The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.

Airport Transfer fee: €70 per person in Dublin.

Washing machine is available at the property for a €1/h fee

For 25-26 AY: -

Before moving in:

Short term bookings (less than 3 months)

1. Free cancellation within 72 hours of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of check-in.

2. Full refund less the booking fee (€40) up to 21 days prior to check-in.

3. €140 cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days or less before check-in.

Long term bookings (3 months or longer)

1. Free cancellation within 45 days of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of check-in.

2. Full refund less €180 up to 21 days prior to check-in.

3. €580 cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days or less before check-in.

For 24-25 AY: -

Short term bookings (less than 3 months)
1. Free cancellation within 72 hours of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of the check-in.
2. Full refund less booking fee up to 21 days if you cancel prior to check-in.
3. €140.00 fee or 10% of the room rate if you cancel between 21 and 8 days prior to check-in
4. €140.00 fee or 50% of the room rate if you cancel between 7 and  2 days prior to check-in.
5. €140.00 fee or 100% of the room rate if you cancel between 48 hours or less prior to check-in.
Please note: Changes to the check-in date are allowed for free within 2 days of the original check-in date. Further changes require payment of a new booking fee and deposit.

Long term bookings (3 months or longer)
1. Free cancellation within 14 days of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of the check-in.
2. Full refund less €140 up to 21 days if you cancel prior to check-in.
3. €340.00 fee or 10% of the room rate if you cancel between 21 and 8 days prior to check-in
4. €340.00 fee or 50% of the room rate if you cancel between 7 and  2 days prior to check-in.
5. €340.00 fee or 100% of the room rate if you cancel between 48 hours or less prior to check-in.

For 25-26 AY: -

Any alterations in the booking (short and long):

1. One change to the check-in date is allowed free of charge if requested at least 21 days before the original check-in date.

2. Additional changes will require a new booking fee and deposit.

After Moving In | Cancellation within 24-hour:

Guests may choose one of the following options:

1. An alternative accommodation (subject to availability)

2. A full refund of the rental amount, if no suitable alternative is available.

To be eligible, the Guest must:

1. Notify the property in writing within 24 hours of check-in.

2. Provide photo or video evidence showing significant deficiencies or discrepancies from the advertised listing.

3. Vacate the accommodation within 24 hours of check-in.

Note: Deposits and additional charges are non-refundable.

After 24 Hours | Short -Term Bookings:

1. Early departures or cancellations require a minimum 28-day notice period.

2. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of the security deposit and any remaining rental amount.

3. The rental amount already paid is non-refundable.

After 24 Hours | Long -Term Bookings:

1. A Fixed-Term Lease applies which means that guests are responsible for completing the full rental period as agreed at the time of booking.

2. If unable to stay, guests must find a replacement. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the security deposit and any remaining rental amount.

3. Move-out dates cannot be changed during the lease, but may be adjusted before move-in.

4. The rental amount already paid is non-refundable.

For 24-25 AY: -

1. The property reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or make changes to their services without liability, if forced to do so for reasons beyond its control (force majeure). If this happened, they would seek to offer alternative arrangements or a compensation by giving a notice of 7 days.

2. Please ensure you disclose all relevant information to the property.
