For 24-25 AY: - For Short Term Bookings (bookings less than 3 months) 1. You need to make a payment of €140 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking. 2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €100 makes a part of your refundable security deposit. For Long Term Bookings (bookings more than and equal to 3 months) 1. You need to make a payment of €340 at the end of the check-out process to complete the booking. 2. Out of this €40 is your booking fee and is non refundable, the €300 makes a part of your refundable security deposit.

For 25-26 AY: - Rent can be paid in advance through monthly installments. For 24-25 AY: - The property offers an instalment plan for bookings of 2 months or more. The customer can pay their rent in monthly instalments.
