Der Mieter bleibt bis zur Unterzeichnung eines neuen Vertrags durch den Ersatzmieter zur Mietzahlung verpflichtet. Eine Verwaltungsgebühr von 50 £ fällt an, wenn der Mieter seinen eigenen Ersatz findet, oder 100 £, wenn der Ersatzmieter durch Werbeunterstützung gefunden wird.
Außergewöhnliche Umstände
Anträge auf vorzeitige Kündigung des Mietverhältnisses aufgrund außergewöhnlicher Umstände können fallweise geprüft werden. Rent may be paid by instalments according to the payment dates specified in the tenancy agreement. International students who plan to open a UK bank account after arrival can set up their installment plan once they receive their new UK bank details. If setting up the installment plan results in a delay to rent payments, students must inform the Finance team as soon as possible.
