If students are unable to provide a guarantor, Domus may allow an alternative arrangement, such as a guarantor fund or prepaid rent.
Mode Of Payment
Accepted payment methods include: Debit card Credit card (processing fees may apply) Certified cheque Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Post-dated cheques for rent payments Maintenance Students should report any move-in deficiencies shortly after taking occupancy. Maintenance requests must be submitted by the student (not the guarantor).
