To secure a booking, residents must pay a refundable security deposit of £300 upon signing the tenancy agreement. The deposit is protected under a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme and is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to room condition and any outstanding charges.
A pre-rental instalment of £500 is required once the tenancy agreement has been countersigned by the property management team. This payment is deducted from the total rent due during the tenancy period.
Residents may be eligible to pay their rent in instalments, subject to the terms outlined in their tenancy agreement. Instalment options may require a UK-based guarantor.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
