1. You need to pay €2500 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.

The Admin fees vary from property to property. These will be visible during the booking. This is a one-time fee and will vary according to the tenancy length of the booking. You will be charged an administration fee at the time of booking, which will vary according to the tenancy duration. This fee includes a booking management fee, a flat maintenance fee, and a customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.
