For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. Cancelling Before Signing the Tenancy Agreement Applicants may cancel their booking at any time prior to signing the tenancy agreement. If you choose to cancel before signing: £80 of any monies paid will be retained as a non-refundable administration fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you. For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. A replacement tenant must: Meet the same eligibility and referencing criteria as the original applicant. Sign a new tenancy agreement for the same room. 2. Once the replacement tenant’s agreement is signed: Your liability will end from the start date of the replacement tenant’s contract. Any eligible refund will be processed at that point.
