Safe to save For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. You need to pay a deposit of £80 to book a room with the property. 2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period, less any deductions and pending charges.

For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- The property accepts: 1. Payment in full. 2. Payment in instalments: 4 instalments (only for those students having a valid UK based guarantor).
For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. The property needs a valid UK based guarantor if you wish to pay in instalments. 2. International guarantors are not acceptable to the property. 3. If the student does not have a UK based guarantor, they have the option to use a guarantee service like Housing Hand.
