Early termination by students

The tenant may terminate the rental agreement at the end of any calendar month after completing the minimum stay of 3 months. A 30-day written notice of intention to vacate is required. The first month's rent must be paid again directly to the landlord after the booking is confirmed. The first month's rent paid to Spacest will be applied towards a subsequent month's rent.

Other cancellation policies

Cancellation 60 or more days before the check-in date: 100% refund of the first month's rent. Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the first month's rent. Can I send multiple booking requests?
