Early termination by students

The tenant may terminate the rental agreement at the end of any calendar month after completing the minimum stay of 3 months. A 30-day written notice of intention to vacate is required. The first month's rent must be paid again directly to the landlord after the booking is confirmed. The first month's rent paid to Spacest will be applied towards a subsequent month's rent.

Can I send multiple booking requests?

Yes. You can submit multiple booking requests using the same email address. If one booking is accepted and paid, any other pending requests are automatically cancelled without additional charges. No. Promo codes must be applied during the checkout process before submitting the booking request.
