An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time.

If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out the roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. They will use that information to match you and your future roommate. If you already have a roommate selected, they can help sort out the details with that, too!

If you have signed an individual term lease, they can indeed help match you with a roommate. However, they can’t guarantee that all preferences can be met. If a conflict does arise, please contact the leasing office and they will assist with exploring potential resolutions. However, they are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates.

Most of the apartments come furnished, but options can vary. Please call for details before move-in!

Non-emergency requests for maintenance can be submitted via your resident portal at any given time and will be handled by the management staff as soon as possible. Their average turnaround time for maintenance requests is within 24-hours during the work week. 24-hour emergency maintenance is provided by calling the office number. After hours, you will be prompted to leave a message, following the automated instructions on the office number. Your message will be responded to by an on-call service technician. It is the express goal to respond to any general service need within 24 hours.
