    Who will be staying in the same apartment/house at the Property?

    You will usually be sharing with other students attending language schools, colleges, or universities. Housemates may be from a variety of countries.

    Can I have my own room at the Property?

    Yes. Most properties offer single, twin, and double rooms. Please check the accommodation page for room types and book accordingly.

    If I book a twin room at the Property, who will I share with?

    You will share with another person of the same gender unless you book with a friend, partner, or family member.

    Can I book single-sex accommodation at the Property?

    This is usually not possible, although it may be arranged for groups if requested well in advance.

    No. All bed linen is provided. In apartments, it is laundered and changed weekly. In houses, you are expected to launder your own.

    Apartments are cleaned every Saturday. Houses are cleaned on different days. You must keep your room tidy and clean kitchens/bathrooms after use.

    Minor breakages are usually not charged, but damages to furniture, carpets, or other items may be charged or deducted from your deposit.

    How much do I pay to secure the room?

    Full prepayment is required for stays of up to 13 weeks, as shown on your invoice.

    Can I pay in instalments for longer stays?

    Yes, instalment plans may be arranged depending on circumstances. Contact the office directly.

    Why is a deposit required and how do I get it back?

    The deposit covers damages, breakages, or non-payment of fees. It must be paid in advance via credit card or bank transfer (cash not accepted). Refunds (minus deductions if any) are made within 28 days of departure.

    What if I have an emergency?

    Contact the Property during office hours (09:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays).

    Where can I find the manager?

    The manager stays on-site in a dedicated room for security purposes.
