Your apartment is fully furnished for you to live comfortably from day

1. Additional common-use items such as iron, clothes rack, and washing machine are included.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a stove. Cook your heart’s desires!
3. Your room also awaits, fully furnished and clean! You will find a bed and bed linens, a bedside table, and a wardrobe in your room. If you book a room larger than 10m2, you also get a desk and a chair. All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new property home! Some buildings offer a shared laundry room and others a washing machine inside the flat.

It's great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Their biggest wish is to find suitable members for their communities! At property you will be joining a large and diverse community. Their members are mostly young professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, and students. Due to the European Data Policy Regulations, also known as GDPR, your flatmates’ data is protected. For this reason, they are unable to share their information with you.

At property, they do not manage the rental of parking spaces as a standard service, so this is not included in your rent. their recommendation is to always use public parking spots on streets nearby.

Your comfort is very important, and they want you to always feel at home with property. Room changes are possible, but they are only allowed if you have completed your minimum stay.
