No Visa No Pay

Students may cancel their licence at least 6 weeks before the Start Date if their UK visa application has been refused. A written cancellation request must be submitted to the property. A copy of the visa refusal letter issued by the British Embassy, UKVI, or another relevant UK visa authority must be provided within 7 days of the refusal letter being issued. Replacement Tenant Accepted

Students are responsible for finding a suitable replacement licensee. The property has sole discretion to approve or reject the proposed replacement. Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

Visa delays, administrative delays, travel delays, missed flights, delayed arrival, delayed university enrolment, or similar circumstances do not qualify for cancellation under the Visa Refusal policy. Such requests are handled under the general cancellation policy unless the property agrees otherwise in writing.

Pay In Instalment

Students may pay their accommodation fees in installments. A maximum of 6 instalments is available. The available installment plan depends on the length of the booking. Students should confirm the available instalment option with their sales agent. Failure to pay any instalment on time may result in: Immediate withdrawal of the instalment plan. The entire outstanding accommodation fee becomes immediately due and payable.

Guarantor Requirement

A UK guarantor is not required to book accommodation. International students can secure their booking by paying the Security Deposit and the First Instalment. Students should confirm the applicable payment terms for their chosen residence with their sales agent. If a guarantor is provided, they will be jointly and severally liable for the student's obligations under the licence agreement.

Security Deposit

Security Deposit Amount: £250. The Deposit may initially be used to hold the room or freeze the accommodation price. If the student fails to complete the booking process on time, the Deposit may become non-refundable.

Additional Fees

Room Change Fee: £100 (exclusive of VAT), plus any applicable room price difference. Students are responsible for all bank charges associated with payments and refunds, including intermediary bank charges. Late Check-out Charge: £50 per hour, unless a different amount is specified in the Booking Details or Residence Rules. Interest on overdue payments may be charged at 4% above the Barclays Bank PLC base rate, accruing daily until payment is received
