From kitchen appliances to utensils, cutlery, vases, mixers, toast machines, plates, pans, cups, hairdryers, steam irons, and more. The private rooms come fully furnished and decorated as well. There will always be a comfortable bed including a duvet and pillows and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. Almost all of their rooms have a desk with a desk chair (if the room did not fit a desk, this will be mentioned on their website). Furthermore, they make sure that the room is ready to move in by decorating it with lighting, rugs and art.

They would love to show you their homes, but they also want to provide privacy to their current members. That's why don't offer viewings. Instead, they provide detailed pictures of their apartments and rooms, as well as 3D floor plans on their website, so you can get a good idea of what the apartment is like. One way this is done is by way of the property-sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, property sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. They then hope to see their members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by either property or other members! As a property member, you will also get exclusive access to their online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which property is present.
