Booking Deposit
The first and last month's rent are payable as the Advance Licence Fee. The Advance Licence Fee must be paid within 48 hours of signing the agreement. The Deposit becomes non-refundable after signing the Sub-License Agreement unless cancellation is permitted under the applicable cancellation policies. Refunds are initiated within 14 working days of cancellation.
Security Deposit
One month's rent is payable as the Security Deposit. The Deposit becomes non-refundable after signing the Sub-License Agreement unless cancellation is permitted under the applicable cancellation policies. Pay In Instalment
Monthly instalments are available. Note - Students must pay the required Advance Licence Fee before moving in.
Guarantor Requirement
International and local guarantors accepted, subject to the student's booking profile and property’s requirements. The guarantor is preferably a parent. Under-18 students must have a valid national guarantor.
Additional Fees
Utility charges are not included in the rent by default. Students may choose to include utility charges by paying an additional EUR 50 per bedspace.
