When is the payment charged?

If the accommodation is declined or no longer available, the amount is automatically and immediately released. If there are any issues at check-in, contact your Spacest.com agent within 48 hours, explaining the problem and attaching photos or videos. Our team will help resolve the issue or, if necessary, find an alternative accommodation. The payment to the landlord will remain on hold until the situation is resolved.
