A guarantor is required to be financially responsible for the lease agreement. The guarantor must reside in the United States. The guarantor must be at least 25 years of age. The guarantor cannot be a current resident. A Leap Guarantor option is available.

The tenant needs to pay $100 security deposit prior to Move In.
